You have to set up your BPMs (Business Presentation Meetings) before you and your base shop can start adding guest list names, checking people in, tracking associate attendance, and anything else that revolves around BPM meetings. This lets you and your team pick a specific BPM when adding data like Captain's List names.

There are two kinds of BPM, and they're set up in different places:

- **Recurring BPMs** happen on a regular schedule, like every Tuesday night. Set these up on the **BPM Scheduler** page, which creates each upcoming meeting for you automatically. See [BPM Scheduler](https://support.bscpro.com/hc/bscpro-help/articles/bpm-scheduler) for step-by-step instructions.
- **One-time BPMs** happen once, like a Super Saturday. Set these up on the **BPM Schedule** page, as described below.

## Set up a one-time BPM

1. In the menu on the left, click **BPM**, then **BPM Schedule**. Or go straight to [bscpro.com/bpm](https://bscpro.com/bpm).
2. Click the red **Schedule BPM** button at the top right.
3. For **BPM Event Type**, choose **One-Time**. (If you choose **Recurring**, you'll see a link to the BPM Scheduler page instead.)
4. Choose the **BPM Type**: **In-Person Only**, **Webinar Only**, or **Web and In-Person**.
5. Pick the **One-Time Event Date**.
6. For an in-person BPM, search for your office under **Which office?** by address, city, state or zip. For a webinar, enter the **Webinar URL**.
7. If another SMD has already set up a BPM at that office on that date, it's listed. Click it to join that BPM, so everyone's guest sign-in sheets are combined into one and you can have one laptop at the front doing check-in for everyone. If your BPM isn't listed, click **Add a New BPM**.
8. Enter the **Name of BPM**, choose **What time?**, and click **Save**.

## If your office isn't listed

Type your office's address in **Which office?** and select what you typed. An **Add Office** window opens, where you can enter the address, check it on the map, and save it. If the map shows the wrong location, message us with a Google Maps link to the right spot and we'll fix it for you.

## Sharing a BPM with other SMDs

If other SMDs in your office use BSCpro, click the **SMDs** button next to your BPM in the list and add them. The BPM then shows up on their list for them and their team. Use the **Allowed** button to choose which SMDs can check guests in.
