Submitting a new Trainer Request is easy! Simply go to your CALENDAR and click on the red link "REQUEST TRAINER"   
The Edit Page should pop up,

Here you can input all the information of the appointment and submit the TRAINER REQUEST to your SMD to get a trainer for your appointment. The more detailed the better for your SMD.
