How to Find The BSCpro App
If you aren't familiar with what an app is let alone downloading an app, then this article is just for you friend. Your field trainer, team leader, or an office assistant may have asked you to download the BSCpro app recently. Here's a few tips to help you navigate how to find it: 1. If you have an iPhone, you will find our app through searching BSCpro in the App Store. You should have an icon on your phone that looks like the photo below. Click on the icon to go to the store: 2. Search the word "bscpro" as one word and you'll see our logo below. From the BSCpro page in the store you can click the blue "download" button to get the app. Then you can create your account! If you have an Android device you will use the Google Play Store to search and download the app. You should have an icon on your phone of the image below: Search the name "bscpro" and our app will pop up in the search results. Click on The black and white BSCpro logo to install/download the app. Click the green "Install" button to download the app! Once the installation is complete the app should appear on the last page of your home screen. Tap on the app to open it. From there you can select "Create Account" and fill in the short form. Once you've completed that you can log in immediately and begin entering your activity! A few things you should probably know: 1. The BSCpro app and the website are two different things and are used in different ways. The app is simply to upload your activity. Meaning, you will not see the full tracking pages on the app. At least not yet. That activity is logged and tracked through your account on the website. 2. The most common reason people cannot login after creating an account is because an email address was typed incorrectly or was forgotten. Please be sure to check your email address for typos. If you need further assistance you can reach out to us at any time on our help chat on the app or full site. Or you can email us at [email protected] Happy BSCpro-ing! Brittani Carr

How do I see my team tickets?
If your event is being hosted by your CEO or EVC, but users are able to select you as their SMD (or CEO) when they purchase tickets, you can check your team's tickets in BSCpro. All you have to do is go to the Purchases link under Big Events. Last, you should also make sure that you have selected the specific event that you want to look at in the pull down at the top right. You should have a choice between any event for which you are an option as an SMD when purchasing tickets. You will also see any events that you have created yourself. You may see some blank lines, but that just indicates tickets that were purchased under your name or later changed to be under your baseshop but that are not yet assigned to anyone.
Connect your Zoom account to BSCpro
BSCpro for Zoom connects your BSCpro account to your own Zoom account. Once it's connected, BSCpro can create the Zoom meetings for your online BPMs for you, give each guest and team member their own join link, and record attendance automatically when they join. | Rolling out: Connecting and disconnecting your Zoom account is available now. Creating Zoom meetings from your BPMs, personal join links and automatic attendance are being added over the coming weeks. This article will be updated as each one becomes available. | |---| What you need - A BSCpro account. - A Zoom account. Any Zoom plan can be connected. A paid Zoom plan is needed for personal join links and join-based attendance (see Free Zoom plans below). Connect your Zoom account 1. In BSCpro, click your name or photo at the top right, then click Profile. 2. Open the Integrations tab. 3. In the Zoom card, click Connect Zoom. The Integrations tab with the Zoom card and its Connect Zoom button 4. Sign in to Zoom if asked, then click Allow to let BSCpro access your Zoom account. 5. You're taken back to the Integrations tab, which now shows Connected, the Zoom account you connected, your Zoom plan and the date you connected. The Zoom card after connecting, showing Connected, the Zoom account, plan and date You can also start from the BSCpro listing in the Zoom App Marketplace. After you allow access in Zoom, BSCpro asks you to sign in (if you aren't already) and to confirm the Zoom account you're connecting. Click Connect Zoom to finish, or Don't connect if you didn't mean to add it. Each BSCpro account can connect one Zoom account. Connecting again replaces the earlier connection. Free Zoom plans On a free (Basic) Zoom plan: - Zoom doesn't allow a personal join link for each person, so everyone uses the same meeting link and BSCpro can't see who actually joined. - Zoom limits meetings with three or more people to 40 minutes. If your connected Zoom account is on a free plan, the Zoom card shows the option Count a click on the meeting link as attended. Turn it on to have BSCpro mark a guest or team member as attended when they click their BSCpro meeting link from 60 minutes before to 15 minutes after the meeting starts. Clicks outside that window are not counted. The setting is off unless you turn it on, and changing it only affects later clicks. The Zoom card for a free Zoom plan, with the Count a click on the meeting link as attended option Attendance marked this way is labeled as coming from a link click, so you can tell it apart from attendance confirmed by Zoom or marked by a team member. Disconnect Zoom 1. Go to Profile → Integrations. 2. In the Zoom card, click Disconnect, then click Disconnect again to confirm. The Disconnect Zoom confirmation with Keep connected and Disconnect buttons BSCpro tells Zoom to revoke its access and deletes the access it stored for your Zoom account. After you disconnect, BSCpro can no longer create or update Zoom meetings for your BPMs until you connect again. You can also remove the app from your Zoom account: sign in at marketplace.zoom.us, open Manage, and remove BSCpro from your added apps. BSCpro's access stops working, and the Zoom card in BSCpro asks you to reconnect. What BSCpro can access in your Zoom account When you connect, BSCpro asks Zoom for permission to: - Read your Zoom profile: your name, email address, account and plan type, so the Zoom card can show which account is connected. - Create, update and delete meetings: to set up the Zoom meeting for a BPM and keep it in step when the BPM is rescheduled, renamed or cancelled. - Read meetings: to show the host the link that starts the meeting. - Add and list meeting registrants: to give each guest and team member their own join link to the same meeting. - Read past meeting participants: to record who attended after the meeting ends. BSCpro only uses this access for BPMs you set up with Zoom. It doesn't read your other meetings, recordings or chat. Your Zoom access is stored encrypted and is deleted when you disconnect. Troubleshooting - The Zoom card says "Your Zoom connection stopped working". Zoom no longer accepts BSCpro's access, for example because the app was removed in Zoom or it hasn't been used for a long time. Click Reconnect Zoom and allow access again. The Zoom card warning that the connection stopped working, with a Reconnect Zoom button - "Zoom wasn't connected because access was not allowed." You clicked Decline in Zoom. Click Connect Zoom and choose Allow. - "The Zoom connection couldn't be verified" or "took too long". Start again from Profile → Integrations → Connect Zoom, and finish within a few minutes. - "Zoom integration isn't available right now." The integration is temporarily unavailable. Try again later, and contact support if it continues. Still stuck? Contact BSCpro support.
Connect AI apps and your own scripts to BSCpro
AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor can work with your BSCpro data for you: look up contacts and recruits, check your calendar and statistics, add notes, update a contact and more. They connect through the BSCpro MCP server (MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the standard way AI apps connect to other services). There are two ways to connect: - Sign in (recommended for AI apps). You add BSCpro to your AI app, sign in to BSCpro and choose what the app may do. Nothing to copy or paste. - API access token. You create a token in BSCpro and paste it into the app or script. Use this for your own scripts, or for an AI app that can't sign in. Either way, the app acts as you. It sees only what you can see in BSCpro, and only does what you allowed. What you need - A paid, active BSCpro subscription. Free accounts can't connect apps or create tokens. - An AI app that supports remote MCP servers. Some AI apps only offer this on their paid plans. The BSCpro MCP server address is: https://bscpro.com/mcp Connect by signing in Step-by-step guides for each app: - Claude (claude.ai and the Claude app) - ChatGPT - Claude Code - Cursor - GitHub Copilot in VS Code - Gemini CLI For another app, the steps are similar: 1. In your AI app, add a new remote MCP server (often called a custom connector or MCP server). Give it the name BSCpro and the address https://bscpro.com/mcp. Choose OAuth or sign-in if asked, and leave any client ID and secret fields empty. 2. The app opens a BSCpro page in your browser. Sign in to BSCpro if asked (including your two-factor code if you use one). 3. BSCpro shows which app wants to connect, the account you're signed in as, and a list of permissions. Tick only the permissions the app needs. 4. Click Allow. You're sent back to your AI app, which is now connected. Click Deny if you didn't start connecting this app yourself. | Check before you click Allow: Any app can ask to connect, and BSCpro can't confirm who made it. Only allow an app you just started connecting yourself. | |---| You stay connected until you disconnect the app or change your password. The app doesn't have to ask you to sign in again each time. Connect with an API access token 1. In BSCpro, click your name or photo at the top right, then click Profile. 2. Open the Integrations tab. 3. In the API access tokens card, click Create token. 4. Fill in the form: - Name: something that tells you where the token is used, for example "Claude Code on my laptop". - Scopes: tick only what the app or script needs. Write access doesn't include read access, so tick both if it needs to look things up and change them. - Expires: 7, 30, 90 or 180 days, 1 year, or no expiry. - Current password: your BSCpro password. 5. Click Create token. 6. Click Copy to copy the token. You can see it only this once. If you lose it, revoke it and create a new one. To use the token with an AI app, add the MCP server address https://bscpro.com/mcp and send the token in an Authorization header with the value Bearer followed by the token. For example, in Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http bscpro https://bscpro.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN" Your own scripts can use the same token with the BSCpro API at https://bscpro.com/api/v1/. | Keep your token secret: Anyone who has it can use BSCpro as you, within its scopes. Treat it like a password, and don't paste it into emails, chats or shared documents. | |---| What a connected app can and can't do - It can only use the parts of BSCpro its permissions (scopes) allow. The app shows you only the tools those permissions cover. - It can add and change contacts, recruits, appointments, notes and more if you allowed write permissions. These changes are real, your team sees them, and some send emails or notifications. Most AI apps ask you before each change; read what they're about to do before you approve it. - It can't delete anything. - It can never sign in as you, change your password, email or privacy settings, manage authorized users, uplines or promotion history, remove team members, or create tokens. AI apps read text that other people typed, such as contact notes and guest names. Text like that could try to trick the app into making changes. Giving the app only the permissions it needs limits what it could do. Disconnect an app or revoke a token Both are on the Integrations tab of your Profile: - Connected AI apps lists the apps you connected by signing in, with the permissions you gave each one. Click Disconnect to remove one. It loses access straight away and has to ask you again to reconnect. - API access tokens lists your tokens with when each was created and last used. Click Revoke to stop a token working. Changing or resetting your BSCpro password disconnects every app and revokes every token. If your subscription ends, apps and tokens stop working until you subscribe again. Troubleshooting - The app says it can't connect, or asks you to sign in again: disconnect BSCpro in the app, then connect again. If you changed your BSCpro password, you need to reconnect every app. - "Access tokens need a paid, active BSCpro subscription": connecting apps is part of the paid plans. See What is the difference between a free and paid account? - The app can't find a tool or says it isn't allowed: the permission it needs wasn't given. Disconnect the app and connect again with that permission ticked, or create a new token with the scope.
