How to move a Contact to "Do not call"

In your Contact tracker... -select contact -click on alarm bell on far right -set date and time for reminder -save your alert TIP- make sure you have your notification settings set up to receive alerts. TIP- ALWAYS keep notifications checked for "Notification Tray"

Importing phone contacts into Contact Tracker

We are close to launching a built in method to import phone contacts directly into BSCpro. However, until that is launched (hopefully soon), there is a work around. You can use a free app to export your phone contacts to excel. And then import those contacts using our excel import feature on the Contacts page. There are lots of ways to export your phone contacts to excel, for android, you can try the Export Contacts App and for iphone you can try SA Contacts Lite. (DISCLAIMER: Please note that BSCpro did not create these apps and has no relation to them. These are just some suggestions that our users have mentioned to us.) After you have the excel, you can then go to your Contact Tracker and import them by clicking this button at the top of your list: ​ Just follow the instructions from there. ​

How to use tags

Create tags by double clicking on the tag column. Type out the TAG name and it will either prompt you to create a new tag and color or use a current one. You can filter the tags on the top row and choose how you want to view your list. You can even go back in and edit them if you need. It's always a good idea to create a "test" entry and explore with that.
